This is my project ‘Sketch the View’ – It is a series of watercolours, mostly made on a daily basis, of the view from my studio window in Littleborough, Lancashire. These paintings, of Blackstone Edge, are recorded here alongside some Plein air sketches I have made of views in my area and the area where I grew up in Belfast.
